Animal flow and Tai chi animals:
We will go into the animal flow experience with some funny exercises on the floor imitating animal movements, to end up with a full meditative tai chi sessions inspired by ancient Pa Kua movements.
Acro Yoga jam
We will explore the three foundations of acroyoga in a joyful but safe atmosphere: Yoga (warm up and relaxation) , acro basics and finally Thai massage restoration.
